Cuvée Trianon is the flagship of the house of Roger-Constant Lemaire. It combines the finesse of white grapes with the elegance of black grapes. A champagne rooted in authenticity and terroir, awarded numerous medals: ideal as an aperitif, for celebrations or simply for pleasure.

Winemaking

Tasting notes
- Appearance: beautiful golden yellow with light green highlights; generous, long-lasting mousse
- Nose: delicate and refined, with notes of hazelnut, jasmine, mirabelle plum and lemon
- Palate: rich and indulgent, with nuances of bergamot lemon, green tea and honeysuckle
Food pairing
Ideal with seafood, scallops and shellfish. Also pairs beautifully with warm foie gras served with ratafia.
